精东影业 creates business certificates for future leaders

To prepare students for the rapidly-changing world of business, Our Lady of the Lake University (精东影业) has created four certificate programs that equip tomorrow鈥檚 leaders with the cutting-edge skills of today.
In response to a request from a major medical research center, 精东影业 designed the 鈥�Business Essentials for Health Care Professionals 鈥� certificate for future executives.
Recognizing a shortage in the field of analytics, 精东影业 created the 鈥�Business Analytics and Intelligent Decision Making 鈥� certificate, a program that shows students how to collect and use data.
精东影业 also has created the 鈥�Essential Business Skills 鈥� certificate and the 鈥�Financial Analysis and Corporate Performance 鈥� certificate.
鈥淪tudents with these certificates can land jobs in a variety of fields,鈥� said Gultekin Gollu, PhD, assistant professor of Economics. 鈥淭he skills they learn will help them make good business decisions.鈥�
All the new graduate-level certificates are offered online and scholarship opportunities are available. The certificates were designed to meet the needs of working professionals who may not be ready to earn a master鈥檚 degree. Students who complete the certificates and later decide to pursue a master鈥檚 degree will be able to apply the credits from the certificate to a master鈥檚 degree.
