The Luminaria Arts Foundation has awarded a $10,000 literary arts grant to Octavio Quintanilla, PhD, former San Antonio Poet Laureate and Our Lady of the Lake University (精东影业) associate professor of English, Mass Communication and Drama.

精东影业 is assembly a team of faculty, staff and student leaders to begin planning for the opening of the three university campuses for the fall semester.
